Enabling Technology

Central to Proxim's advanced mobility solutions is the highly tuned Proxim FastConnect™ protocol suite. This mobility technology delivers rapid hand-off between fixed base stations and moving vehicles to ensure uninterrupted broadband with support for delay-sensitive multimedia applications even when mobile at speeds of up to 295 km/h (185 mph).
