Title: QA Engineer (WLAN)

Experience:

• 4 - 6 years

Educational Qualification:

• BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH/MCA in CS/EE/ECE is required

Responsibilities:

• Functional, performance and system testing of wireless networking products
• Preparation and maintenance of test plans
• Preparation of test setups based on the features assigned
• Execution of the test cases and bug reporting
• Reproducing customer escalation issues and verifying the fixes

Position Requirements:

• Should have 4-6 yrs of hands-on experience in testing networking products, preferably Wi-Fi Access Points or PTP/PTMP radios
• Should have good knowledge of Wi-Fi technology (802.11a/b/g/n/ac)
• Should have working knowledge of networking technologies (IPv4/v6, Ethernet, VLAN, SNMP, DHCP etc.)
• Should be familiar with protocol analyzers (Wireshark, Omnipeek etc.)
• Should be familiar with traffic generators (Ixia Chariot, iperf etc.)
• Experience in configuring networking equipment like Switches, Routers, RADIUS Servers etc. is an added advantage
• Familiarity with EMS/NMS or WLAN Controllers is an added advantage.
• Experience in test automation is an added advantage
• Industry certifications like CCNA, CWNA, CCNP or CWNP are an added advantage
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills required
• Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills required
