Requesting an RMA

To obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number please follow these guidelines:

  1. Via the eService web, by creating your own account if you currently do not have one. You may then "Ask a Question or Open an Issue" and/or request and RMA #. A Service Engineer will work with you to troubleshoot and confirm fault, before an RMA is authorized.

  4. Please be prepared to provide the following required information when calling:
    • Name and contact information
    • Shipping Address
    • Product Description
    • Part or Model Number
    • Serial Number
    • Detailed problem description
    • Troubleshooting activities completed
    • Place and Date of Purchase

This guide is intended for RMA requests on Post-Sales items, not for RCA (Request Credit Authorization).
