Proxim Wireless Corporation's common stock is traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol PRXM.
Proxim Wireless Corporation is a different company from old Proxim Corporation whose stock used to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol PROX. Proxim Wireless Corporation did not acquired any stock of old Proxim Corporation, and the stock of old Proxim Corporation did not convert into Proxim Wireless Corporation stock.
Old Proxim Corporation is still in bankruptcy in the process of being liquidated. As part of that process, numerous mailings and notifications need to be given to various creditors and other interested parties of old Proxim Corporation. Those notices relate only to old Proxim Corporation and NOT to us – new Proxim Wireless Corporation. As described above, new Proxim Wireless Corporation is a different company than old Proxim Corporation.
Our Common Stock is traded on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol PRXM.
As of May 31, 2007, we had approximately 21.55 million shares of our common stock outstanding.
As of May 31, 2007, our float was approximately 19.20 million shares. When we use the term float, we are referring to our freely-tradable outstanding common stock less the shares of our common stock held by our 10% stockholders, directors and officers.
As of May 31, 2007, our officers owned or contolled approximately 2.36 million of our outstanding shares of common stock.
