JOB DESCRIPTION: PtP Product Line Manager

Job Description / Responsibilities
Manage a broad, fast growing product line of wireless point-to-multipoint (PtMP) bridges. You will be leading and managing the entire product lifecycle including product requirement definition, development, manufacturing and production release.
- Ensure the PtMP product portfolio has the features, capabilities, lowest cost and performance to be number one in the market.
- Meet established targets for CAGR per product line/market.
- Develop business cases for all new product introductions based upon market opportunity, justified by channels and validated by application.
- Responsible for new product definition, technical documentation (data sheets, technical specifications), release notes, new feature prioritization, prioritization of field issues for resolution and competitive analysis.
- Support worldwide direct and indirect sales channels to grow sales of the product line.
Experience Required
- 5-8 years experience in product management of wireless communications and networking products. Experience managing multiple products simultaneously, new product launches and successfully managing product lines with annual revenue growth rates >20%.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working with sales organizations and executive customer interactions. Global experience a plus.
Education
- Technical undergraduate degree. MBA preferred
