Title: Sr. System Architect
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret marketing and product requirements
- Define technical requirements for products and systems and selection of key components
- Review international standards and assess new technological developments for inclusion in the products
- Write specification documentation and follow Product Development Process in project-oriented organization to manage the quality
- Work with Product Management to review the Product Requirements and work with the Development team to overview the implementation and testing of products according systems specification
- Provide customer support for technical issues and write tools and answers for product deployment
- Develop tools to calculate radio link margin and provide input for RFPs
- Specification and technical assistance for Radio Certification tests using RF measurement tools (spectrum analyzer and signal generator)
Educational Qualification:
- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (preferred) or Equivalent engineering degree
Position Requirements:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in the position offered or related positions.
- Development experience in:
- Embedded software for data networking equipment using C
- Networking and network management protocols, such as Bridging, VLANs, Routing, TCP/IP, SNMP, and VoIP
- Architecture and design of software for gateways, routers, bridges, and switches
- WiMAX/802.16, 802.11, or similar networking protocols
- MSEE, MSCS, or related
