Title: Sr. Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design and implementation of standards and proprietary protocols for bridging and routing for wireless network devices.
Embedded system development for network devices based on RTOS Linux.
Code review, low level testing and debugging of existing network products
Perform root causes analysis and resolution of problem areas in the code
Detailed design, implementation and unit testing of new features for current and new wireless access products and systems
System programming, device driver development and kernel programming using C and RTOS Linux.

Educational Qualification:

Position Requirements:

Require 4-6 years of experience in embedded system development, with at least 2 years in bridging and routing protocols.
RTOS Linux based embedded software development for 802.11 based wireless data networking equipment using C
Must be comfortable with network protocols, standards documents (RFCs), cross-platform development, multi-threading, performance-optimization issues
Experience implementing, testing, and debugging system/network management systems based on SNMP, CLI, HTTP, XML, Java and J2EE protocols and technologies
Experience with 802.11 protocols, 801.1x, 802.11i, 802.16 protocols (WiMAX), Bridging, VLANs, TCP/IP protocols (SNMP, Web, VoIP).
